How far in advance do I need to book Coach Johnson?
Coach Johnson typically requires 30 days notice for speaking engagements. If located in the Chicagoland area 15 days notice will generally suffice.
What are Coach Johnson’s speaking fees?
Coach Johnson’s speaking fees are customized per each individual event. There is a flat fee for speaking but it does not include travel and accommodations. Fees vary according to presentation length, audience type, amount of customization required, and distance to the event.
What are payment terms?
All fees are based on an agreed length of presentation, travel expenses, lodging, and meals the day of the presentation. A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of speaking agreement. The remaining 50% plus travel expenses are due upon arrival at venue.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation notices must be received in writing. Refund schedule is as follows:
- 45 day cancellation notices are entitled to full refund
- 30 day cancellation notices forfeit deposit
- 15 day or less cancellation notices are responsible for full payment of agreed speaking fees

Presentations are either 45 or 90 minutes in duration including Q&A.
