January is National Mentoring Month and this week on the blog we are sharing a new post each day on the topic of mentoring!
As a young professional, mentoring is a powerful tool that can help you achieve accelerated career success. Mentors can help you think through projects and challenges, which can help you improve your decision making and performance. Over the new few days, you’ll learn tips and tricks to help you establish meaningful mentoring relationships. You’ll also gather some insights that can help you improve mentoring relationships you already have set up.
You should also note that January 17th is National Mentoring Day!
On the 17th make sure you take a moment to reach out and say THANK YOU to all your mentors who have helped you get where you are today.
To all of our fans and followers, thank you for your support here on the blog. This should be one of our most active weeks with content and we hope to make the information we share with you this week as actionable as possible.
Coaching Assignment: Spend some time thinking of your favorite mentor from 2012. Who did you come up with and will you commit to reaching out and saying THANK YOU to them on the 17th?
Until next time, remember NOW is the time, to take your career to the next level!
See YOU at the top,

I have quite a few mentors, but there are two people in particular who played a HUGE role in my career success in 2012 that I will be reaching out to on the 17th. How about you?

I have several mentors to reach out to; so I’ll breakout a notepad and get to listing names and the impact they’ve had on me. By the way it’s a great time to reach out to folks whose work you admire and have served as a distant mentor.
Your Ambassador,
Mike Bruny

As always, thanks for your presence and comment on the blog Ambassador! As for your last line, I suppose that sparks the opportunity for me to thank you for your continued support over the years, and to say that I too have a great deal of respect and admiration for you! Keep up the great work and I know for a fact that I will see YOU at the top…in fact…I’m already looking up at you trying to get there
Keep the comments coming!
