An A.P.P.L.E. A Day Will Send You On Your Way…To The TOP!
Defined and Developed by Coach Al Johnson, all Inspiratude coaching client’s are taken through a comprehensive coaching process that we refer to as A.P.P.L.E.
The Inspiratude A.P.P.L.E. coaching program is divided up into five segments: Assess, Plan, Play, Learn, and Elevate.
Though each client is taken through the same five segments, the outcome of each segment is 100% specific to you, your career, and your goals and objectives. Everything starts with a baseline assessment, but from there, no two programs are the same because no two people are the same.
At no point during the coaching process should you feel like you are being given general instructions. All coaching, strategies, and action steps will be developed in partnership with your coach. Though having canned materials would surely help save us some time, we know that canned materials are highly likely to lack the relevance and customization you need to accomplish your career goals.
Click on the tabs below to find out more about what goes on during each segment of our coaching program!

During the first segment of coaching, you and your coach will spend some valuable time reflecting on your past and current state. Here you will be coached through identifying all the things that have gone well for you, as well as some of the things that you would have like to have seen play out differently. You will then spend some time defining where you are in your career today, whether or not where you are represents where you want to be, and the root causes of your current state. Only after understanding where you have been and where you are, can you effectively build a plan with your coach to move forward in the future.

During the second segment of coaching, you and your coach will begin to define your career goals based on three major inputs: past performance and accomplishments, current desires for your future, and strengths and weaknesses. As you and your coach design your career success action plan, past success that can be replicated in the future will be highlighted and incorporated into the plan. You’ll then spend some time clearly articulating where you want to be in the future and working with your coach to identify what action steps need to be drafted to help you move in the right direction. And finally, your customized plan will also be built to ensure your strong skills are utilized as much as possible while development opportunity areas are raised to a level of competency that allows you progress in your career.

The first two phases are about strategy development and game planning. During the third segment of coaching, your coach will partner with you as you “get in the game.” It’s time to start calling and executing the right plays that help deliver the career success you are looking for. Your coach will use a variety of tools and resources to guide you through personal change management, leadership development, and any other vital components outlined in your personal career success plan.

After a few weeks of play calling and executing, you and your coach will call a “time-out” to do a quick check and adjust to your career success plan. The goal during this segment of coaching is not to make major overhauls to your plan, unless absolutley necessary, but rather to make small tweaks to sustain gained momentum and identify small edits that will help make your plan work even better for you. You and your coach will partner to identify which action steps need to be increased, decreased, or sustained to accomplish your goals within the time period specified at the start of your program. Only through period checkpoints and adjustments will you be able to truly learn and improve.

The fifth and final segment of coaching you and your coach will do a full blown evaluation of your time during our program. You and your coach will look back at original goals and determine which ones were accomplished, which ones are in route to being accomplished, and what changes you need to make to ensure the balance of any goals are accomplished within the near future. At this time, any potential next coaching steps for you will be discussed and aligned upon between you and your coach. The last element of this coaching segment is partnering with your coach to develop a final report out that you can deliver to your boss to show completion of the coaching program. Creation of this report will actually be discussed during your client orientation. Whether you’ve opted to inform your manager all along or you choose to do so at the end, the goal is to make sure you hard work is placed on your boss’s radar screen to help elevate your personal brand, dedication to continuous improvement and growth, and ultimately your career.
A Quick Start And Solid Advice On How To Continue Moving Forward…Helps WIN
From time to time past clients and sometimes even new clients are in need of a fast start out the blocks or a quick push forward.
Our TrackStar Coaching Program is ideal for clients who just need to pick the brain of one of our coaches for one full hour. You set the agenda and together you and your coach will partner to cover as much as you can in a manner that will leave you with clear action steps for career success.
The TrackStar Coaching Program does NOT take you through the five steps listed above in the A.P.P.L.E. Coaching Program. Rather this coaching offer is intended to be a one-time consultative engagement in which only a few smaller topics are covered and addressed.
You may engage in as many one-time TrackStar coaching sessions as you wish, but clearly there are cost saving and developmental value in enrolling in a longer term A.P.P.L.E. Coaching Program beyond two TrackStar sessions.
